Winner Announcements

Online announcement: All winners will be announced online October 16th
Awards for businesses with a commercial location:

Deliveries of awards to businesses with a commercial location will be made October 10th - 16th.

Awards for businesses without a commercial location (home based businesses, etc.)

Businesses without a commercial location may pick up their awards after October 16th from:

Rules and Guidelines

  1. Votes can only be made by completing the online form at www.bestofdublinca.com. All voting entries must have voters’ complete information, or votes will not be counted.
  2. Only one vote per category per person and IP address is allowed. Winners are chosen by those who fully complete the online voting ballot. All IP addresses will be tracked therefore, if more than one person wants to vote within your household, they may not use the same computer, tablet, phone, or shared network.
  3. Nominees must be located within the City of Dublin, California or have an active Dublin Chamber of Commerce membership. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE VERIFIED via the Business License database, social media and / or registered website. All votes must be received no later than Friday October 4, 2024. Chamber members in good standing as of June 30, 2024 are automatically entered into the contest. Members will be nominated into their primary category. Those members who pay the non-profit membership rate will be automatically nominated by the Dublin Chamber into either “Best Charitable Organization,” “Best Church or Place of Worship” or “Best Private Foundation.” Members when claiming their listing can nominate themselves into no more than two other categories.
  4. In the interest of fairness to all participants, nominees may not be listed in any more than 3 categories during the Best of Dublin. Nominees must stick to their categories for the duration of the timeline once voting begins.
  5. If a business is caught “Stuffing Ballots,” breaking any of our security measures, and submitting multiple ballots with the voting focus on the same business and or businesses, the software will automatically flag these incidents, and may be scrubbed from multiple categories should they exceed the number allowed. We have a responsibility to the businesses that participate in providing a fair and accurate voting process that ensures that no one abuses the integrity of the online competition.
  6. The Best of Dublin facilitators reserve the right to remove any business that has entered the competition incorrectly or has used marketing materials, badges, language, or behavior that is not in line with the competition. Participants who violate the rules will receive a written warning about the incident.
  7. By participating in Best of Dublin, you grant us permission to use your business name, likeness, and or image in our marketing and promotional materials related to the competition and/or party. All Best of Dublin competition results are held privately by the Dublin Chamber of Commerce.
  8. Winners and runners up will be announced October 16, 2024 on the Best of Dubline website and on Social Media.  Winners will receive a certificate, other promotional materials, and bragging rights.
